Job Description

Our client is a highly established Estate Agency based in Portishead and are looking to recruit a part time Property Administrator to join this busy office.

The role be will be to assist with administration and support for all departments within the business and offer support to the sales staff.

The ideal candidate:
– Experience working in administrative property based role
– Strong IT skills
– Excellent written and verbal skills
– A quick learner who can grasp new concepts
– Highly organised individual who can take direction and develop their knowledge
– Ability to deal with telephone enquiries and be customer facing when the need arises.

Hours of work will ideally be 5 days a week from 2pm until 6pm and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu for a Saturday worked)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within a small friendly team in a varied and pivotal role.
